Parents' Room

State-of-the-art parents' room with baby change area, private feeding rooms and kitchen facilities, including a microwave oven, is on the Lower Ground Level near the escalators leading to Adelaide Street.

Gift Cards  

QueensPlaza Gift Cards can be purchased online or from the Customer Service Desk on Ground Level.  Gift Cards are redeemable at QueensPlaza retailers and are valid for 15 months from the date of purchase.  Please click here to purchase online. 

Free Parcel Delivery

We provide a free parcel delivery service to CBD Hotels.  Please visit the Customer Service Desk on Ground Level for assistance. 

Currency Exchange

There is a currency exchange bureau located on Ground Level on Adelaide Street.

Personal Stylist

The Jigsaw personal stylist offers complimentary service for customers at Jigsaw.  The stylist will provide one-on-one attention, working to suggest pieces to enhance or update a wardrobe with no obligation to buy.  Contact Jigsaw on 3220 3146 to book your appointment.

Personal colour and make-up consultants
